It's vital we have the correct information for every owner, as it's how we'll contact you if your pet were ever to go missing. Owners have a phone number, physical address and email address on the Crumb platform, giving us the best chance of reuniting you if you ever lose your pet.
It's easy to update your details from within the Crumb App. Here's how:
Open up the Crumb App and head to "My Profile"
Once logged in, click on this icon in the top right:
Click on "Account Details"
Edit Information
Here you can now update the name of the owner, as well as their email address, phone number and physical address. Once you have made any changes, be sure to click "Save":
