One of the most important parts of your Crumb account is the contact information. When a person finds your lost pet, they will have the ability to call any of the contacts on your account. Premium subscribers can have as many contacts on their pet profile as they wish. We recommend having at least one other trusted person's contact details on your account, in case you're unable to answer the phone when someone calls.
In this guide, we will walk you through how to add contacts to your account, and how to select which contact is the primary contact.
Log in to your Crumb App
Open the app, and if you're not already logged in, type in your email and request a code! Here is a guide to logging into the app: Help: Login
Open the 'Owner Information' page
From the Home Screen, click the icon on the top right. This will be either your initials or your profile picture.
Changing the Primary Contact Information
The Primary Contact is the person whose information will appear first on a Pet Profile when someone scans your pet's tag. To change this, click on 'Contacts'. The Primary Contact's information will always be the person and phone number at the top, under "Primary Contact".
Here, the user begins editing their phone number, which is the primary contact. They could also change their name from 'Owner' to anything else they like.
Adding a new contact:
Click "Add additional contact", and fill out the fields in the dialogue that pops up. Here, the user adds Sheila's name, and her phone number to the list of contacts.
Enjoy the app!
