One of the most important parts of the pet profile is the contact information. Premium subscribers can have as many contacts on their pet profile as they wish; we recommend having at least one other person's contact details on your account.
In this guide, we will walk you through how to add contacts to your account and how to select which contact is the primary contact.
Log in to your Crumb App
Open the app, and if you're not already logged in, type in your email and request a code! Here is a guide to logging into the app: Help: Login
Head over to your User Profile
From the Home Screen, click the icon on the top right. This will be either your initials or your profile picture.
Changing the Primary Contact Information
The Primary Contact is the person whose information will appear first on a Pet Profile when someone scans your pet's tag. To change this, click on 'Contacts'. The Primary Contact's information will always be the person and phone number at the top, under "Primary Contact".
Here, the user edits the contact name from "Owner" to the their own name, and leaves the phone number as is. You can change this to whatever name and number you like!
Adding a new contact
Premium users may add as many people's names and phone numbers as they like. To add a contact, click "Add additional contact", and fill out the fields in the dialogue that pops up. Here, the user adds Sheila and her phone number to the list of contacts.
