To keep things simple, we've got rid of passwords and instead, we use a 'magic link' to log in.
All you need to do is open up the Crumb App and enter your email address. Make sure its the email address that you used to sign up with Crumb.
Not received the email?
Double-check and make sure you're entering the email address you signed up with. If we don't recognise the email address in our system, you won't receive a login email.
Click the Magic Link
You'll then be automatically taken to the Crumb App:
You're in total control of what's shown on your pet's profile when their tag is scanned, and from time to time, you may need to update your pet's information. Whether they've developed a new allergy, require some new medication, or you simply made a mistake entering their details the first time around, updating your pet's information is easy. Here's what you need to do:
Open up the Crumb App and head to "My Pets"
Once logged in, click on the "My Pets" icon on the bottom menu:
Open the Pet Profile:
Click on the Pet who needs to have their information updated:
Scroll to the bottom of the Pet Profile
You will then need to click "Edit Details":
Update the necessary information:
You have the ability to update their name, allergies, breed, medication and any notes.
Make sure you click "Save Changes"!
We understand that accidents happen and tags may go missing. As a Premium or Premium Plus member, you can order free replacements at any time from within the Crumb App.
In this guide, we will walk you through the steps on how to request your replacement tag.
Open up the Crumb App and navigate to "My Pets"
Once logged in, click on the My Pets button at the bottom of the page:
Click on the pet who needs a replacement tag:
Here you will see each of the pets linked to your Crumb account. You can click on each of their pet profiles:
Scroll to the bottom of the Pet Profile:
Once at the bottom, click on the "Replace tag" button:
Confirm the replacement:
Simply confirm the replacement by clicking the "Get replacement tag" button:
Ordering a replacement will deactivate the existing tag for that pet.
If you need to add an additional pet to your account, you can also do this from within the "Pets" tab of your Crumb dashboard.
Wait for your new tag to arrive in the mail
As soon as you have requested a replacement, we will get it in the mail as quickly as we can. Once it has arrived, please follow the instructions that come along with the tag to activate the new tag.
Each replacement tag will come with a free-of-charge extra-strong ring to prevent it from falling off in the future.
Getting a new pet is one of the most exciting things you can experience. Whilst it is a lot of work bringing a new furry friend into the family, adding a new pet to your Crumb account is easy and can be done in less than two minutes.
Open up the Crumb App
Once you have the app open, click on the "My Pets" button at the bottom of the screen.
Select "Add Another Pet"
Here you can select how many extra tags you need and enter the name of your pet(s). Once you have submitted this additional information, you can then click "Complete Order".
Why is it telling me to upgrade to Premium Plus?
With a Premium Plus subscription, you can have an unlimited number of pets on your profile. Whereas Premium subscriptions are limited to one pet. To learn more about Premium Plus, please visit the "What are the differences between Premium and Premium Plus?" Help Center article.
