Going on vacation with your pet? Not to worry, you can still use your Crumb tag in any country whether your pet comes with you, or stays home. Here's a breakdown of what to expect:
Phone Calls and Scan location Alerts:
As long as the number, or numbers on your pet's profile are accessible to you while you're on vacation, you'll be able to receive calls from someone scanning the tag. If you are away, and using a travel SIM card, for instance, be sure to change the Primary Contact Info in the Pet Profile to reflect this. If your pet is staying in your home country, we recommend adding an additional local contact in case you're unable to respond while away.
Other Features:
All other features, including the full pet profile, vet and shelter notifications, as well as accessing the app and Crumb Dashboard, are possible whilst overseas, as long as the user has access to internet.
