Going on vacation with your pet? Not to worry, you can still use your Crumb tag in any country. However, not all the features will function as they would in your home country. Here we'll break down which features may not function correctly when you are using your Crumb tag overseas.
Scan Location Alerts:
As long as your phone is still able to receive text messages whilst overseas (i.e. not in airplane mode), you should still receive the Scan Location Alerts.
Phone Calls:
Since the calls are securely routed through to the owner, if someone were to try and call the owner via their Pet Profile, the call with not connect whilst the owner is overseas.
All other features including the full pet profile, vet and shelter notifications, as well as accessing the Crumb Dashboard will all be possible whilst overseas.
