We are often asked if you need a subscription to benefit from having a Crumb tag. The vast majority of Crumb tags are enrolled in our Premium Plan, since this grants access to the full suite of features that can be used to be reunited with your lost pet as quickly as possible.
What features are included in Crumb Premium?
Location alerts
As soon as someone finds your missing pet and scans their tag. They'll have the option to share their location with you right away. You'll receive a text message with their exact location.
Vet, Shelter, Community Alerts
When you indicate that your pet has gone missing, we'll send a notification to every vet, animal shelter, and fellow Crumb member in your area. The more people who know that your pet is missing, the more people are on the lookout.
SnoutID®
Did you know that your dog's snout is unique to them, like a fingerprint is to a human? This makes it an excellent method of identification for dogs. Not only does this deter pet thieves, but this also means that you can still be reunited with your missing pet even if they lose their Crumb tag.
Unlimited free-of-charge replacements
If your pet ever loses their Crumb tag, as a Crumb Premium member, you can easily order free replacement tags as and when you need them from within the Crumb App.

Multiple contacts on the pet profile
Going away on a trip and someone else is watching your pet? We have you covered.
Crumb Premium members can add multiple contacts and addresses to their pet profile. You can easily indicate who the primary contact is from within the Crumb App.
Full online pet profile
Also included in Crumb Premium is full access to the entire pet profile. This opens up options to include medical information, allergies and any other notes that you wish to include in the pet profile.
In order to give you the highest chance of being reunited with your missing pet, we highly recommend that you give Crumb Premium a try.
Social SOS
If you ever need to mark your pet as missing, we'll run Facebook ads in your local area, alerting fellow community members that your pet is missing.
We'll include in the ad a link to their missing pet page. On the page, we'll have all the information which you provided when you marked them as missing, including their last known location, pet details and a link to get in touch with you.
