Here is how you request help in the app:
- Click the circle with your initials or profile picture in the top right
- Click on 'Help' near the bottom
- This will navigate you to the Help Centre
- Click the circular icon with the three lines toward the top left

From here, you can either click 'Start a chat', to speak with Freddie, our AI assistant, or click 'Submit a request' to email a customer support specialist. Freddie will respond right away, whereas customer support representatives may take up to 24 hours to respond.
