For privacy reasons, you may wish to hide your pet's name from strangers who scan their tag. In this guide, we will walk you through the very simple steps of how to hide your pet's name from their profile.
Open the Crumb App, and click on your pet's photo
If you have multiple pets, and you don't see the pet whose name you'd like to hide, you can swipe left or right until you see them.
Click on 'Edit pet details', then check 'Hide name'
After that, click on 'Save changes'. You'll then be taken back to the home screen.
