Your pet's profile picture is one of the first things that people see when they scan your pet's tag. If your pet was ever lost, this image will be shared with vets and animal shelters in your local area, it would also be the image used on the lost pet Facebook post by the Crumb account.
It is important to pick a clear photo of your pet that not only shows how cute they are, but can also be used to help a stranger easily identify them. In this guide, you will learn how to change your pet's profile picture from within the Crumb app. Don't want to use the app? you can use the Dashboard by navigating to 'My Pets' on the left, or from the drop-down menu on the top right.
Open the app, and log in
Type in the email that used to used to create the account, and request a code. How to Log in to the app
Open your pet's Pet Profile
Click on your pet's current photo to open their pet profile. If you see one of your other pets instead, swipe left or right until the desired pet appears!
Click on Edit Pet Details
This will allow you to change any information about your pet, including their photo. Once inside the pet profile, simply click on the orange camera icon to access your camera roll.
Choose a new picture and position it as desired
Select a photo from your camera roll, and then use the cropping tools that appear to position your pet in the center! Click 'done' when you're happy with the photo!
You're all done!
You'll now be able to see the new profile picture in the app, or whenever you scan your pet's tag!
