When someone scans your lost pet's tag they will be able to see your pet's allergy information, any medications they are taking, in addition to any notes about your pet that may be useful to them.
It is important to make sure that this information is as accurate as it can be. In this guide, we will explain how easy it is to update this important information:
Log in to the Crumb app
Type your email into the Crumb app to request a verification code and log in. Here's how to do that.
Click on the pet profile you'd like to edit
You can do this by clicking on their picture. Swipe left and right, if you have multiple pets, until you see the one you want. Next, click on Edit pet details, and scroll down.
Update The Necessary Fields
You will see fields labelled "Notes", "Allergies", and "Medication". You can now enter any information you would like into each of these fields.
Save your changes
Once the new information has been added, make sure you click the "Save changes" button.
