Finding an invoice for any of your transactions can be easily done from your Crumb Dashboard. The Dashboard is similar to the Crumb app, but it is accessed in a browser on the Crumb website. In this guide, you will find clear steps on how to log into your account and locate your invoices.
Log in to your Crumb Account
Head over to our Login Page and log in using the Magic Link, or verification code which will be sent to your email inbox. Help Center Guide: How to access the Crumb Dashboard
Open Settings
In the top right-hand corner, you will see the icon highlighted below. Please click this icon, then select 'Settings'
Click on 'Plan & Billing'
Right next to "Account Details", you should see "Plan & Billing". Click on that next.
Scroll down to view your invoices
Scroll down past "Payment Method" and you'll see "Billing History". These line items are each downloadable invoices. Click the downward facing arrow (or the word 'Download' on desktop) to download one.
