In addition to the Crumb App, you can also manage your Crumb account, update pet profiles, speak to a vet and much more via the online dashboard. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps on how to access the Crumb Dashboard:
Request a login link
This can be done at the following link: crumb.pet/login. Crumb does not use usernames and passwords to login. Instead, a user types in their email and receives a one-time verification code that expires in 10 minutes. The following images show a user logging into the Dashboard on a mobile phone, but you can also use a browser on a computer, if you like.
Heads up!
Make sure that you enter the email address exactly as it is on your Crumb Account. If the email address entered does not match the email address on your Crumb account, the verification code will not come through to your email.
Find verification code, and enter it
You'll then be emailed a verification code. Check your spam/ junk folder if you don't see it right away. It's possible that may be sent to the phone number on your account instead, so check that too if you can't find it!
