In addition to the Crumb App, you can also manage your Crumb account, update pet profiles, speak to a vet and much more via the online dashboard. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps on how to access the Crumb Dashboard:
Open up crumb.pet and enter your email:
This can be done at the following link: crumb.pet
Heads Up!
Make sure that you enter the email address exactly as it is on your Crumb Account.
If the email address entered does not match the email address on your Crumb account, the verification code will not come through to your email.
Enter Verification Code
You'll then be emailed a verification code. Enter it into the blocks under 'Type your 6-digit code.
Click on 'Verify Code'
You are now in the Crumb Dashboard!
