You're in total control of what's shown on your pet's profile when their tag is scanned, and from time to time, you may need to update your pet's information. Whether they've developed a new allergy, require some new medication or you simply made a mistake entering their details the first time around, updating your pet's information is easy. Here's what you need to do:
Log in to your owner's dashboard
Head over to our Login Page and log in using the Magic Link which is sent to your registered email inbox.
Head over to the Pets section
Click on the Pets icon in the left-hand menu (it will be in the top-right-hand corner if you're on a mobile device), you will then see each of the pets that you have linked to your account.
Select Update Information
You will see that every pet has their own section with their name, profile picture, breed, and much more. Within each pet's section will be a pencil icon (labelled "Update Information" on desktop). Once you click on the pencil, you can begin editing their profile.
Make the required changes
Now you're able to make changes to their allergies, breed, age, and even change their name! Once you have made the necessary changes, make sure you click "Save Information".
