One of the most important parts of the pet profile is the contact information. You can have as many contacts on your pet profile as you wish, we recommend having at least one other person's contact details on your account.
In this guide, we will walk you through how to add contacts to your account, and how to select which contact is the primary contact.
Log into your owner's dashboard
Head over to our Login Page and log in using the Magic Link which is sent to your registered email inbox.
Head over to Account Settings
If you are on a mobile device, click the icon highlighted in the screenshot below and select "Account Settings". If you're on desktop, click on your email in the top-right-hand corner, then select "Account Settings".
Add the new contact
Within the Account Settings tab, you'll be able to update information about the owner and review additional contacts as well as addresses. To add a new contact, please click on the contacts tab.

To add another contact to the account, please click the "Add Contact" button.
Head over to the Pets section
Now that we have added the contacts to our account, we need to select which contact is the primary. To do so, click on the "Pets" tab of the dashboard.
Select Update Information
Here you will see that every pet has their own section with their name, profile picture, breed, and much more. Within each pet's section will be a section labelled "Primary Contact", along with all the contacts on the account.
Choose the primary contact
By default, the primary contact will be the person named on the account. However, any contact listed can be the primary contact. To select which contact you wish to be the primary, scroll down and select the white circle to the left of the contact name.
Save your changes
Once you have finished making any further changes to their pet profile, be sure to click the "Save Information" button.
