We understand that keeping your information safe is just as important as keeping your pets safe. After all, you can never be careful enough with your personal information, and we know not everyone will want information about their pets to be easily accessible. This is why we have implemented additional privacy measures to protect both your and your pet's information.
We call this feature "Privacy Mode". When Privacy Mode is enabled, your pets breed, and your address will be hidden from your pet's profile. We recommend that everyone has this feature enabled. Here is how you do so:
Log into your owner's dashboard
Head over to our Login Page and log in using the Magic Link which is sent to your registered email inbox.
Head over to Account Settings
If you are on a mobile device, click the icon highlighted in the screenshot below and select "Account Settings". If you're on a desktop, click on your email in the top-right-hand corner, then select "Account Settings".

Enable Privacy Mode
Scroll down slightly, you'll then see a toggle for Privacy Mode, you can toggle this on. You'll know you've done it correctly when it says "Active".
