Crumb uses an email and verification code system for login, instead of the traditional username and password system. This code is a one-time use code that expires in 10 minutes for security purposes. If you don't seem to be receiving verification codes, here is what you can do.
Check your texts and your email
After you type your email in the app or dashboard login screen, a code should be sent to you. Depending on the stage of sign-up that you're in, the verification code may have been sent to either your phone number or email.
Make sure you're looking in the right place
We'll use the phone number and email you used to sign up with. Is it possible you used a family member's phone number? Is it possible you used one of your other email addresses?
Check your spam and junk folders
If you don't see a code, it may have ended up in one of these places!
Make sure you're not using a spam blocker on your phone either!

Contact customer support if you still can't find a code
Email us at support@crumb.pet if you've tried everything else. Please include your full name, the email on your account, the name(s) of your pet(s) and your address for security verification purposes. We'll do our best to respond within 24 hours, and get you reconnected.
