How to add your pets SnoutID

SnoutID is a revolutionary tool which can be used to reunite you with your lost pet, even if they do not have their tag on their collar.

It is important to upload a clear scan of your pet's snout as soon as your Crumb tag has arrived. Beneath you will find steps on how to upload a scan of your pet's snout to their profile:

Log into your owner's dashboard

Head over to our Login Page and log in using the Magic Link which is sent to your registered email inbox.

Navigate to the Pets tab

Once logged in, navigate to the "Pets" section on the left-hand side of the dashboard. This centralized hub allows you to view and manage all the pets associated with your Crumb account.

Upload SnoutID

Here you will be able to see information about your pet's breed, age, notes, etc. You will also see a heading labelled "SnoutID" with a "Upload" button underneath it.

Once you have clicked "Upload", please follow the on-screen prompts to scan your pet's snout.
