Have you just got a new card and need to update your payment information? This guide will walk you through how to update your payment information from within your Crumb dashboard.
The steps of how to update your payment information will vary depending on which device you are accessing your dashboard from. You will find detailed instructions beneath for each device:
Mobile
Log into your owner dashboard
Head over to our Login Page and log in using the Magic Link which is sent to your registered email inbox.
Scroll down
If you scroll to the bottom of the page, you will see a button labelled "Update Information". Please click this button.
Edit payment information
You will now be able to see the payment information linked to your account. To edit, click the pencil on the right-hand side. You will then be able to enter in your new payment information. Once you have entered in all the information, be sure to click "Save".
Desktop
Log into your owner dashboard
Head over to our Login Page and log in using the Magic Link which is sent to your registered email inbox.
Navigate to My Services
Click on your email in the top-right of the dashboard, then select "My Services".
Click on the Payment Methods tab
Underneath the heading "My Services" in the top-left hand side, you will see 3 tabs, "Overview", "Payment Methods", and "Invoices". To view your Payment Methods, please click on "Payment Methods".
Add new payment information
You will now be able to enter in your new card information. Once you have entered in all the required information, please hit "Update".
