Are you adding a new pet to your family and need to add them to your Crumb account?
A Premium Plus subscription allows you to have as many pets in your plan as you would like, as opposed to only one pet with a Premium subscription. In the guide, we will walk you through how to upgrade to Premium Plus.
Log in to your owner's dashboard
Head over to our Login Page and log in using the Magic Link which is sent to your registered email inbox. You can click the button labelled "Order More Tags" and indicate how many more pets you're adding to your account.
Select "Order More Tags."
Here you can select how many extra tags you need and enter the name of your pet(s). Once you have submitted this additional information, you can then click "Complete Order".
Complete the upgrade
Once the additional tags have been ordered, you'll be automatically upgraded to Premium Plus!
