How to upgrade to Premium Plus

Are you adding a new pet to your family and need to add them to your Crumb account?

A Premium Plus subscription allows you to have as many pets in your plan as you would like, as opposed to only one pet with a Premium subscription. In the guide, we will walk you through how to upgrade to Premium Plus.

Log into your owner's dashboard

Head over to our Login Page and log in using the Magic Link which is sent to your registered email inbox.

Head over to the Pets tab

Here you will be able to see the pet that is currently linked to your account. If you scroll to the bottom of the page, you will see a button labelled "Add more pets", please click this button.

Complete the upgrade

If you need to order any additional tags for your pets, you can do so from this screen. All you need to do is enter in their names and pay for postage.
