Have you just gotten a new card and need to update your payment information? This guide will walk you through how to update your payment information from within your Crumb dashboard. Here is what you need to do:
Log in to your owner's dashboard
Head over to our Login Page and log in using the Magic Link, which is sent to your registered email inbox.
Navigate to My Services
In the top right-hand corner, you will see the '3 Lines' icon. Please click on thisl, then select My Services:
Click Payment Methods
Here, you will see 3 tabs: "Overview", "Payment Methods", and "Invoices". To update the payment information, please click on "Payment Methods".
Update Payment Information
On this page, you can see which payment methods are currently linked to the account. If you want to add another payment, you can click the orange plus sign, and then enter your payment information.
Change the Default Payment Method
On this page, you can see which payment methods are currently linked to the account. You can also change which payment method is the default by clicking "Set as Default". Whichever method is pictured in the large format at the top is the default. Please note, you cannot delete a payment method if it is the only one on the account.
