Are you still waiting for a tag to be delivered? We know how important your pet having access to features that will reunite them with you is, and we do everything within our control to get your tag on your pet's collar as quickly as possible. However, we unfortunately cannot control how quickly the mailing service operates.

In this guide, we will explain what to do if your order has not arrived, along with the cut-off times for same-day dispatch, as well as which shipping service is used to get your order to you.

Check your emails:

The first thing you should do is check your emails for an email from Crumb asking you to verify your mailing address.

We will send an email to you if you appear to have missed some information from your mailing address, or if the postal service has returned your order to us because they could not complete the delivery.

All you need to do is respond to the email we sent asking you to verify your address and we will get your order sent to you as quickly as possible.

⚠️ Be sure to also check your junk and spam folders!

How long should I wait before I reach out?
Once you have checked your emails and can't see one from Crumb Shipping times vary depending on which country you are based in.

Another factor that will influence when your order will arrive is what time of day you place your order. Beneath you find average shipping times for each country, along with the cut-off time to ensure your order gets sent the same day:

UK πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§
Cut-off time: 3pm GMT
Shipping Service: Royal Mail 1st Class

USA πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ
Cut-off time: 2pm EST
Shipping Service: USPS First Class

Canada πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦
Cut-off time: 2pm EST
Shipping Service: Canada Post Lettermail

When you reach out to our support team, please be sure to confirm your full mailing address. We can then re-send your order right away.
