You have the option to remove a SnoutID® scan from your pet's profile. If you ever need to delete a SnoutID®, here's what you have to do:
Open the Crumb app and log in:
Type in your email and then enter the verification code that's sent to your email or phone number. Getting stuck? Here's a guide to logging into the app.
Click on the SnoutID icon in the bottom toolbar.
Ensure the correct pet is selected.
The pet whose photo is outlined in orange will be the pet whose SnoutID you're about to delete. Adjust as required.
Click the 'More' button with the three dots, then click 'Delete SnoutID'.
If you're sure you'd like to delete your pet's SnoutID, you click the red 'Delete SnoutID' button!
