From within your Crumb Dashboard, you are able to mark your pet as missing. As soon as you have marked them as missing, we'll notify every Vet, Shelter, and Crumb Member within your local area, increasing your chances of being reunited with them the fastest.
The faster that you are able to mark them as missing, the better. Here is how you do so:
Log into your owner's dashboard
Head over to our Login Page and log in using the Magic Link which is sent to your registered email inbox.
Head over to the Pets section
Click on the Pets icon in the left-hand menu (it will be in the top-right-hand corner if you're on a mobile device), you will then see each of the pets that you have linked to your account.
Scroll to the bottom of your pets widget
Scroll down the page and find the information about the pet who is currently missing. Beneath, you'll see a button labelled "Mark as Missing".

Once this button has been clicked, we'll alert every Vet, Animal Shelter and fellow Crumb Member within a 10-mile radius of your registered address.
I have found my lost pet, now what?
All you need to do is repeat these steps, instead of the button to mark them as missing, you'll be able to mark them as found.
