If you ever need to remove a pet from your Crumb Account, you can easily do so from within the Crumb App. If you only have one pet on your account, you won't be able to remove them. Instead, you should cancel your subscription, if you have one. Help Center Guide: Change My Subscription
Please note removing a pet cannot be undone without the help of a customer support agent.
Open up the Crumb App

Navigate to the pet that needs to be removed:
Tap on their pet profile to open up their pet card.
Click "Edit pet details"
This will allow you to edit their profile.
Remove their profile and confirm
Note, once you have removed the profile, it'll be removed permanently.

If you only have one pet, and you're a premium subscriber, you'll need to instead cancel your subscription. 👉 Change My Subscription
