Depending on where you are in the world, the steps to access Crumb Vet will be slightly different. In this guide, we'll break down the steps to start a Vet chat based on whether you are outside or inside the UK:
Non-UK Members
Log in to your owner's dashboard:
Head over to our Login Page and log in using the Magic Link, which is sent to your registered email inbox.
Head over to the Video Vet section:
Click on the Video Vet icon in the left-hand menu (it will be in the top-right-hand corner if you're on a mobile device).
Click "Speak To A Vet Now":
Choose your preferred method of contact:
Select which topic you are reaching out about, answer the follow-up questions and click "Continue":
Finally, select which pet you would like to chat with a Vet about, then click "Continue":
You'll then be taken to a chat window with a Vet, who will be eager to answer any questions that you have about your pet.
UK Members
The first step will be to download the Crumb Vet app from the app store.
Once you've downloaded the Crumb Vet app and successfully logged in, starting a chat with a licensed vet is really simple. Follow the steps below, and you'll be chatting with one of our experts in no time at all.
Click the "Ask a Vet" button:
Confirm that the situation is not an emergency:
Select which pet you want to chat about:
Fill out the pet questionnaire:
Select your communication method and select "Next":
A Vet will now review your query and get back to you within 30 minutes, guaranteed! Keep an eye on your Crumb Vet app for a notification from the Vet.
