Crumb Vet is implemented seamlessly into the Crumb app. Here's how you start a vet chat:
Open up the Crumb App:
Once you have opened up the app, click on the Video Vet tab:
Indicate that it is not an emergency:
For any emergencies, take your pet directly to your vet.
Select which pet you would like to talk with a Vet about:
Answer screening questions:
These questions include whether they currently have a vet, if they take any medication, and if they are neutered.
Select how you would like to talk with a vet:
In this example, I selected a live chat. I was then put through to a Vet nurse right away. I can change this to a video chat if I wish once the chat has started.
