Crumb Vet is implemented seamlessly into the Crumb app. Here's how you start a vet chat:
Open up the Crumb App:
Once you have opened up the app, click on the Video Vet tab at the bottom:
Indicate that it is not an emergency:
For any emergencies, please take your pet directly to your in-person vet.
Select which pet you would like to talk with a vet about:
Once you've selected the correct pet, click 'Continue'
Answer screening questions:
Let us know if your pet is currently seeing a vet, if they're on any medication, and if they're spayed/neutered.
Select how you would like to talk with a vet:
You can either select from a text based chat, or a phone call/video depending on your preference. Once you've made your selection, click the bottom button that says 'Speak with a vet'.
