It's vital we have the correct information for every owner as it's how we'll contact you if your pet were ever to go missing. Owners have a phone number, physical address and email address on the Crumb platform, giving us the best chance of reuniting you if you ever lose your pet.
It's easy to update your details from the owner dashboard. Here's how:
Head over to Account Settings
If you are on a mobile device, click the icon highlighted in the screenshot below and select "Account Settings". If you're on desktop, click on your email in the top-right-hand corner, then select "Account Settings".
Update Owner Information:
Here you can now update the name of the owner, as well as their email address. Once you have made any changes, be sure to click "Save".
