We understand that accidents happen and tags may go missing. As a Premium or Premium Plus member, you can order free replacements at any time from within your Crumb dashboard.
In this guide, we will walk you through the steps on how to request your replacement tag.
Log into your owner dashboard
Head over to our Login Page and log in using the Magic Link which is sent to your registered email inbox.
Navigate to the Pets tab
Once logged in, navigate to the "Pets" section on the left-hand side of the dashboard. This centralized hub allows you to view and manage all the pets associated with your Crumb account.
Locate the pet that needs a replacement tag
Here you will see each of the pets linked to your Crumb account, each pet will be represented in a white box showing their name, breed, age, etc. Within the same box, you will see three buttons, one of which will be "Get Replacement Tag".
Click "Get Replacement Tag"
Once you have clicked "Get Replacement Tag", you will be able to select any other pets that may need a replacement. Once you have selected all pets that may need a replacement, please click "Order replacement tag".
⚠️ Ordering a replacement will deactivate the existing tag for that pet. If you need to add an additional pet to your account, you can also do this from within the "Pets" tab of your Crumb dashboard.
Wait for your new tag to arrive in the mail
As soon as you have requested a replacement, we will get it in the mail as quickly as we can. Once it has arrived, please follow the instructions that come along with the tag to activate the new tag.
Each replacement tag will come with a free-of-charge extra-strong ring to prevent it from falling off in the future.
